Welcome!  The 21-day Dare to Be You Challenge is inner work. It’s a way to go deeper into you and create positive experiences with your inner self.  Dare to Be You is an online personal development course designed to Dare You to step out of your comfort zone and look more deeply at the relationship you have created with your inner self. It challenges you to “know you” and see how you setup your life and where you fit in.

The Dare to Be You Challenge is delivered to you over 23 days. You’ll receive an integration day and final thoughts day at the end. We recommend doing the best you can to keep up. Do as much as you can during the day. It’s recommended to keep a journal during the course so you can gauge your progress.

Deep is admitting you have issues. Deep work is looking at your own issues. You’ll be looking at shadow aspects of yourself with new eyes. The parts of you that are hidden from view. Deep is talking about how you feel and what you experience in life. It’s not surface things like what’s the weather like or who won the baseball game.

Do you want to become a better person? Do you want to calm the inner critic? Do you want to awaken beyond fear and doubt? Then it’s for you. The course is designed to take you step-by-step into your inner self. Starting by asking the fundamental question, “Who Am I?” It addresses all the issues from fear, anger, confusion, rejection, empathy and more.
