The ego creates stories about who we are, others, and how the world affects us. Stories turn into patterns of thinking that guide your actions unconsciously, shaping how you see the world. By bringing the ego’s narratives to light, you break free from limiting beliefs and tap into our potential.

Story pierces the depths of our psyche and soul to open up shadowy places of the mind. The mind weaves past stories and memories into current events to make them come to life again.

Trauma comes with many stories; the more we hold onto the story, the less likely we are to let go of the trauma. To achieve more profound levels of consciousness and experience self-awareness and self-confidence, you’ll want to forgive the past trauma and let go. Remembering past events as though they happened yesterday is a sign you are wrapped up in the story of the trauma and have not let go. To move beyond the ego, the mind must unwind from its dysfunctional memories and stories to experience liberation.

Move Beyond the Ego

The path to enlightenment is often done through meditation because most Lama Rinpoches don’t know how to untangle the web of the ego in the subconscious mind. I will take you down into the subconscious and help you unwind the mind accelerating your meditation practices (or starting a meditation practice) and deepening the connection with your inner self.

The monthly class starts to unwind the ego mind memories and stories freeing the shadow and opening up your consciousness to deeper levels of understanding of “Self.” Please join me monthly through the Kind Heart Sangha and Move Beyond the Ego. Register HERE.
