Egypt Refund Policy
Time schedules are tight traveling to foreign countries. Please sign up intending to travel to Egypt February 15-28-2025.
We count on your attendance. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, we ask that you find a replacement. Egypt Tour must be paid for entirely by December 1, 2024.
- If you cancel within 30 days of departure or by January 15, 2025, you lose the deposit and are responsible for the entire tour cost of $5200.00 and finding a replacement.
- If you cancel within 60 days of December 1st, 2024, you lose the tour deposit and are responsible for $2,000.00 and finding a replacement.
If you cancel after making the non-refundable deposit of $850.00, you lose the deposit. We would never put you in danger. If the trip is cancelled due to war or health events, you are completely refunded.
Single Supplement
Single supplements are $1500.00 extra. Tour registration and medical release on the payment page must be included with a deposit or full payment. Single supplements mean you have your room throughout the trip. Otherwise, we pair you up with a same-sex person. If there’s an odd person out, you must pay extra for a single supplement.
Deposit Policy
You commit to attending Divine Feminine Activation in Ancient Egypt Feb 15-28, 2025 with Paula Muran (KumariDevi) by submitting this non-refundable deposit. Cancellations must be received in writing only.
A non-refundable deposit, a copy of your passport picture page, and Tour Contract and Medical Release are required to hold your space. Egypt Spiritual Tour is created to enhance personal growth and is a group tour.
**Non-Refundable means no refunds.
If you cancel after making the non-refundable deposit of $850.00, you lose the deposit.
Egypt Tour Release
Responsibility and Disclaimer I understand that I am responsible for my health and safety during this time. I will hold Paula Muran (KumariDevi) and Kumara Institute LLC and any of their associates harmless from any claims, conditions, responsibilities, liability, actions, and damages and losses resulting from any loss, injury, or damage from an illness, injury, weather, strikes, war, circumstances, events and quarantine, however, caused that occur during the travel to and from any location to your home.
This tour is managed by the Kumara Institute LLC and Paula Muran, who act only as an agent for the owners and contractors providing transportation, hotel or other services. The carriers, airlines, or boats providing transportation for the tours arrange only for such transportation. They are exempt from responsibility for any act, omission, or event when the passenger is not on board the craft. All tour services, tickets, and vouchers are subject to any terms and conditions under which transportation (aircraft, road, ship, ferry or any other means), hotel or other services are offered or provided. As to this tour, the parties mentioned above are not responsible or liable for loss of property, injuries, or loss because of illness, weather, delays, schedule alternations, strikes, or wars.
Kumara Institute, LLC and Paula Muran can change the itinerary when necessary. Kumara Institute, LLC and Paula Muran cannot be held responsible for costs ensuing from these changes. The acceptance of any service provided as part of this tour/retreat or of any tickets or vouchers shall be deemed to be acceptance of and consent by the tour member to these conditions. All services are subject to the laws of the country in which these services are provided. The schedule may be altered due to circumstances beyond our control.
You must resolve your disputes if personality conflicts arise between anyone on the Egypt Spiritual Tour and Meditation Retreat. If you would rather not resolve your issues, it will become the tour member (s) responsibility to find and pay for alternative arrangements without compromising another tour member (s), assistants or the tour leader.
By my signature, I agree to this release and not to pursue any legal action against PAULA MURAN, Paula Muran, or Kumara Institute, LLC concerning any claims, damages, and losses that I might incur exceeding traveler’s insurance I obtain.
Egypt Spiritual Tour is non-smoking, with no alcoholic beverages or recreational drugs during the tour. Do not bring any marijuana gummies or hemp products.
Mastercard and Visa are acceptable but incur a 7% processing fee. We gladly accept check, Zelles or wire or PayPal transfers.
