Move beyond the thinking (ego) mind and three-dimensional thought and slip into a higher frequency elevating your consciousness and opening your heart. You might see colors, or receive visions of spirit dancing around you, or nothing at all while on the call. It might take you a few days of integration before you sense something different. Know that change is happening in you.
In the Yoga Sutras, Sanatkumara mapped out for Patañjali the keys to awakening and developing a relationship with the inner Self to attain enlightenment. In the Vedic text, Chandogya Upanishads, Sanatkumara inspired Narada to drop his ego identification and go within, moving beyond suffering.
