Setup a meditation practice daily or every other day. A calm mind is present. A reactive mind is in the past. A worrying mind is in the future. Satsang-Meditation-KumariDevi

  1. Set a timer for ten to twenty minutes.
  2. Turn off the phone, TV, and computer.
  3. Put away any reading material-books and magazines.
  4. Find a comfortable position, where you’re not disturbed by family or pets
  5. Set up a meditative posture; backs straight, eyes gazed down or closed and hands resting on the thighs
  6. Listen to soft music or wind chimes.
  7. Start breathing rhythmically and evenly.
  8. Begin counting from one to twenty-four and focus only on the breath
