Small Acts of Kindness
Ten acts of self-love that speak directly to your heart.
- Place your hand on your heart and say softly: I see you. I love you. I’m here.
- Tuck it in your wallet, journal, or pillow. Something like: I’m proud of how far you’ve come.
- Give yourself a slow, intentional hug. Wrap your arms around your body and breathe.
- Create a no-pressure day. Release to-do lists. Let yourself rest without guilt.
- Put on music that soothes your soul and sit in silence for 10 or 20 minutes.
- Make yourself a warm drink and bless it. Then sip it mindfully.
- Speak to yourself the way you would to someone you deeply love. I’ve got you.
- Say to yourself, I matter.
- Take yourself on a soul date. Go to your favorite shop or coffee spot and gift yourself something unique. Something that brings you joy.
- Let yourself cry without explanation. The kindest thing can be letting your body release without trying to fix, label, or justify.
