We often mistake spirituality for something soft and fluffy—like pink rainbows and constant positivity—while bypassing the deep inner work required to truly align with the flow of life, live our truth, and walk our soul’s authentic path.
There comes a moment on your spiritual path when everything that once held you together begins to fall apart. Not as punishment, but as initiation. A sacred unraveling or a divine dismantling. We are so accustomed to how things are that change is often perceived as challenging, or not for me, and it becomes easy to stay stuck.
You become comfortable performing with the patterns you have rehearsed for years. The beliefs that once protected you now confine you. If you truly want to live in alignment with your Soul’s truth, you must first let go of the illusions. Sometimes that’s not easy.
Living From Truth
To align with the truth is to become honest. Radically and brutally honest. Are you happy with the life you created? Be honest about what’s no longer working. Honest about what you’ve been tolerating. Honest about the masks, the roles you play, and the subtle ways you abandon yourself to feel accepted or safe.
This is the death before the rebirth.
It’s about stripping away everything that’s not real. The grief, the rage, the fear—they all rise when the old starts to break down. And that’s okay. These are sacred guests. They come to help clear the way.
The collapse is an awakening. It’s crumbling mental beliefs and structures that no longer define you. You must let go of who you thought you were and invite a new version of yourself in. In the silence that follows the collapse… something miraculous begins to emerge. A deeper truth. A wilder love.
This is where a new life begins—not built on fear or shoulds—but on soul-truth. The more you surrender, the more aligned you become. The more you let go, the more you remember who “I Am.”
Bless the Breakdown
Bow to the unraveling. Invite people in who can help facilitate the breakdown of personality structures. It’s through a sacred undoing that you finally come home… to You.
Living your truth isn’t about speaking honestly or following intuition. It’s about becoming the version of you who believes, at the deepest level, that you deserve to live a life of joy, peace, and fulfillment.
Somewhere along the way, many of us were taught (directly or subtly) that our worth is conditional. We have to earn our right to be happy. That you’re only deserving when you serve or suffer.
So we carry this quiet burden:
“Who am I to live fully, love freely, or feel good without guilt?”
We stay small. We settle. We suffer. We question ourselves.
Stand in Self-Worth
Joy is not a reward. It’s your natural state. Worthiness is not something you achieve. It’s something you remember.
Living in alignment with truth means you must give up the old story that says:
- I’m only worthy when I struggle.
- I must prove myself before I can receive.
- Happiness is for others, not me.
You don’t need to keep living in pain and suffering. You are allowed to live from love and inner peace.
- You weren’t born to suffer—you were born to shine.
- You don’t have to earn your existence.
- You are allowed to feel good.
You are waking up to your sacred rebellion.
- Stop waiting for permission.
- Stop letting fear of “getting it wrong” block the flow of life.
- Stop criticising yourself for wanting more: love, wealth, or success.
Trust the way of joy, and love is the right way—even if it’s unfamiliar.
- Yes, it feels risky to feel worthy.
- Yes, the mind will ask, “Will others accept me?”
- Yes, the mind will ask, “Am I doing the right thing?”
Your soul already knows. Your soul led you to this place of spiritual awakening. Of looking inward and honestly acknowledging what doesn’t work for you.
- There’s no future to fear.
- Happiness is who I am.
- I live my life with peace, presence, and love.
Conclusion
From this place, choose to live in truth without anger, fear, unworthiness, or doubt. Living in truth is not a one-time decision—it’s a sacred practice. A daily, moment-by-moment remembrance that you are not here to shrink, suffer, or stay silent. You are here to embody the full expression of your Soul.
Spiritual Awakening is a dance with the vulnerable nature of you. Let joy be a guide to open your heart and live from true liberation. Although it may feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable at first, it’s real. You’re not crazy. You deserve love, success, and happiness.

Egypt Side Note
I’ve said it many times: Egypt calls your Soul into alignment. For you who traveled with me and now find yourself trying to slip back into the life you left behind, know sooner or later, you’ll realize something no longer fits. The old life may feel hollow. The joy, absent. That’s because your Soul—your deeper knowing or higher calling- is persistently asking you to re-evaluate everything. Egypt didn’t just touch your heart. It awakened your truth.
